Mike Johnson hit a new low when he decided to say the quiet part as loud as possible.

Admitting the GOP is using funding for SNAP benefits as leverage in Trump’s ongoing shutdown, Johnson said he won’t fund the program because it would “reduce the pressure” on Democrats. What a disgrace.

In a way, I find the authoritarian takeover of our media system even more disturbing than the authoritarian takeover of our political system.

Our political system has been failing basically my entire adult life. But, the media system provided accountability and sort of worked. Now it’s collapsing.

The problem all these creeps have is this is a far reaching conspiracy that goes into several different countries' jurisdictions and several different financial sectors. Information will come out slowly than all at once.
