This week is #InvisibleDisabilitiesWeek. My chronic illnesses are an invisible disability, especially #MECFS. ME/CFS is a neuroimmune disease that has a worse quality of life measurement than any other. This #Sciart #symptomatology #embroidery, body map, maps out my symptoms as they were in 2016.

Miss Major Griffin-Gracy passed away today according to the House of GG. She was a veteran of the Stonewall rebellion and a lifelong organizer for the safety and dignity of trans people, sex workers, and the incarcerated. She came from the same generation and milieu as Marsha and Sylvia. She was 78.

Basement reno begins soon!!!! Thought I might do carpet in my vocal booth but I'm doing lvp or laminate (haven't picked yet!) in the rest of my basement and apparently carpet isn't quite as good as I thought for the space. Maybe I should just continue the flooring into the booth?
