i got added to an emoji-based blocklist simply for having bi hearts in my bio since they assumed it’s always some kinda annoying blue wave thing. as far as i could tell, they didn’t actually care to check who gets added and just troll people who ask to be removed. 🙃

i’ve seen it used a lot in manga and webcomics, but with a lot of webcomic artists missing the actual point of it. they’ll have the point facing inwards to indicate a character is out of panel, but they won’t have it correctly oriented to indicate where that character actually is.

yeah, i have to make like 2 pillow towers to situate myself between so i can keep my head high enough to not get reflux and my feet high enough to drain the excess fluid from my legs. and then roll up blankets to fill in the crevices so i don’t crunch my lower back weird. 🙃
