They are SO fucked in this season of within the wires btw they're gonna die big time
I have a love/hate relationship with the scary seasons of within the wires. This one shouldn't even be scary but I can't help feeling like they are So Fucked.
But also two researchers in a niche subject at each other's throats for petty bullshit is the best type of yuri so I'm happy but afraid

I dont have spotify but youtube music says I'm in the top 0.1% of fans of Carly Rae Jepsen and Lady Gaga and my top genre is still indie so I think I'm winning at "being the gayest man you know that likes women" or something idk. Someone make this joke for me it was funny in my head.

Waiting for the bus to the city so I can get surgery tomorrow. Last time I did this bus trip was 10 years ago for the Force Awakens midnight premiere... that bus didn't leave before 8:30am. This one unfortunately does.

While I can't say anything positive about this article in general, that reddit post does a lot of sounding reasonable in the first half and then pivots to "actually it is cool that there are inherently evil races and that those happen to be the racialised ones" with the goblins and orcs comment
Even by the standards of anti-woke journalism this is lazy dreck. The first piece of "evidence" that older gamers are mad about wokeness is a random Reddit comment — that isn't a complaint about wokeness.

I was working from home running educational software demos and talking teachers through a website and on my breaks I would go lie in our lounge in a patch of sun and watch my flatmate's test subjects (wasps) crawl around in their enclosure until I had to go back to work. It was weirdly relaxing

Got my cpap yesterday and slept with it last night which was fine until 5:30 this morning when I woke up and couldn't stop fiddling with it. I should not have been awake for 4 hours already this is cursed

AoNz birders anyone know a little (somewhere between a silvereye and a sparrow) bird with pointy wings that dive bombs people and nests on the ground? Lady who runs the doggy daycare I go to has a pair nesting in her top dog run and they keep trying to get her 😅
