A couple pieces today; my buddy Dio / @weoncehadnamesofficial 's girl Marimo in an extremely 80s fit just cus I felt like treating her, and Avex's default Despair Decibel fit because working on music for DD got me in the Zone for that project.

im also contractually obligated to point out that the Bad Future mix of Wacky Workbench lifts the hoover riff from dominator for one section (starting at 36 seconds)- its mixed a little low + its not a direct sample from the record, prolly comes from a sample pack, but still makes me Giddy

Mr. Blobby absolutely fascinates me actually; his actual inception and initial concept was a deliberate *parody* of childrens show mascots, which is why he's so fucking offputting. But the entirety of the UK either didn't get the joke or got it too well and he just... persisted lmao.

Oh yeah, I did indeed- I was born a little late to be fully cognisant of the absolute peak of Blobbymania (1993 iirc, whilst I was born in late-ish 92), but he persisted and lingered on for a while after- just not quite to the same degree of popularity. I liked him tho if I remember right lmao

I realise that many of you don't know that Yomi is a character from an abandoned webcomic of mine, so here's a bunch of panels completely out of context that all feature her.

Nine panels from my TOTAGRAH webcomic presented without proper context, each one containing Yomi. She is wearing a selection of different gothic dresses and outfits. She looks very cute in all of them. I simply don't have the time to list all the dialogue, but she is waving in the first, grinning with sparkles around her in the second, looks cute and chibi-esque in the third, blushing in the fourth, smiling while cursing in the fifth, looking up while on a bed in The Pose in the sixth, holding an umbrella in the rain in the seventh, looking very sinister with massive pupils in the direct follow-up that is the eighth, and finally looking particularly embarrassed while she turns away from a half-naked Akaru in the ninth.

Plump DJs and Evil Nine's are solid. The Caspa & Rusko one has a couple of small weak spots (again mostly just the few songs in there where they've cut them down to like 50 seconds max) but mostly it holds up.

To each their own obvs, just throwing my take out there innit.

tbqh the only one i ever found to think was a bit of a weak package was the Noisia one, mostly just by virtue of a lot of the tracks being mixed so short it was almost not worth it. every other one I've checked out i've really enjoyed- the Freestylers and Scratch Perverts ones are favourites,
