Trump chose life for now. He pinned down Netanyahu and got Qatari and Turkish leaders to pin down Hamas, as Anshel Pfeffer says. Like his previous attempt, this is not yet a just peace. Hamas etc have pledged to slaughter every last Jew. The occupation continues.

I'm sorry quite a lot of people decided that two unrelated things can't both be atrocities, and sorry they've decided to overlook intent in how they think of violence. I'm sorry they exist in such ignorance about what a genocide is. I hope they're never in a position to mete out justice.
