Hi, I just want to post a few things.
I am not a fan of being on lists.
I also am not a fan of being included on FB lists.
I work full time & really don't have enough free time to vet 50 or so followers.
Also, I am not interested in having a lot of followers because then I don't see my friends.

For a year and a half, my mortgage company kept sending me email & snail mail requests to take my equity.
I deleted/trashed all of them.
I pay 3.75% and I'm going to pay 7.45% on another mortgage, are they daft??
