We could eliminate these deaths overnight by not giving drivers and pedestrians concurrent light rotations. It’s completely insane we ask pedestrians to cross the street and drivers to take turns at the same time

Just one thing to watch out for. I don't see how you can bring back outdoor dining to even a fraction of what it was before the Adams administration more or less killed it without taking parking. An outdoor dining program that crams tables onto narrow sidewalks ain't gonna work.
