A big reason people need #SNAP is because they aren’t paid enough.
Federal minimum wage hasn’t been raised since 2009!
A number of states and businesses do better. Some don’t.
The Federal gov’t inaction (mainly GOP blocking) on minimum wage shows how little they value workers. Shameful.
