The roads are just icy enough here to be dangerous. Thankfully my barn landlords keep an eye on the herd when I can’t get out there.

Update from my meltdown:
Critical cat is no longer critical. The other cat is scheduled for surgery on 9 Feb and is stable.
Sick horse healthy again, limping horse tricked me out of extra cookies and is now back to her version of okay
My brain is melting out of my ears and I’m stressed but ok.

Sabo realized I was taking pictures and moved, hence the blur. But how cute are these two boys? Sabo and Monkey Moo are best of friends and now I’m stuck with this little found hound forever. 😂😂

No, he doesn’t get a prescription for medical herbal help but he does get to see our regular vet to have the eyeball removed completely.
He’s blind in that eye and the pressure must be uncomfortable - being sent home with pain relief and a good plan.

I was standing completely still and my left ankle randomly rolled. I tried to catch myself with my right foot - rolled that ankle, too. Hit the ground and hurt both wrists and my hip. Two sprained ankles is not a good time lol
What's the most ridiculous way you ever hurt yourself? I got out of the tub, skidded in water and tripped over the toilet. Ankle sprain.

Started my new job today - processing paperwork in a cute little office for a grand total of $15/hour. It’s not much but maybe I can start digging myself out of the debt hole my months of unemployment threw me into.
I still need almost $3k by the 14th though 😭😂😂

I hit up TJ Maxx for their after Christmas sale and got sheets and blankets for Misty’s new bed.
All of their Christmas dog toys were on sale too so everyone got presents (dogs don’t know what day it is so every day can be Christmas if we want!)
Misty is pretty happy with her human bed I think 💕
