After showcasing #Muse in UnGajjesArtGallery earlier this week, I had to put up the artist's take on #Daredevil too.

So weird that I've reviewed every season of STRANGER THINGS (and positively at that) and can't get screeners for this one. And by weird I mean frustrating and a reminder of how little I matter.

Local FB is a great place to see people scream about the value of their house rising (b/c taxes, natch) and cry that the town can't build new affordable housing because it will bring down property values.

No not even as a joke. don't go near this shit.
In Morrow County, healthy adults were coming down with unexplained medical conditions, including diseases that usually afflicted the elderly.

In a survey of 30 homes, at least 25 miscarriages and a half dozen people living with one kidney were reported.

Kind of wild one has to say "making death threats at comic writers just because you don't like what they're doing with your favorite character is wrong." Dire that one has to then defend that point of view from "counterarguments."

Well, actually, if I was a despotic President, I'd just make everything better. Everything.
If you were a despotic president, what movie would you force Hollywood to make? I want to see Quentin's Star Trek movie or maybe Kill Bill Vol 3.

"The White House isn't sure whether Trump actually had a phone call or just imagined it" is where we are on the dementia scale now.
An amazing new Trump controversy, Part II of II:

- Saturday afternoon: Trump says he spoke to Bolsonaro the night before and planned to see him “in the very near future”

- Monday afternoon: The Trump White House isn’t sure whether Trump actually had the conversation he referenced two days earlier

Did the Republican president talk to Bolsonaro as the Brazilian plotted to escape? Trump said yes, but the White House isn’t so sure.

Just the use of epic in this context kind of tells you everything.

And what a wonderful mix of insecurity, laziness, and bizarre ideas on how to make friends.

"I'm not sure anyone here likes me. I know! I'll get a water puzzling plagiarism machine to give me something insulting to say!"
Everything about this might be the saddest thing I’ve ever seen

This fits well into @figgityfigs.bsky.social 's theory that mid-aughts era of the internet where so much was suddenly free broke so many brains about how entitled we are to what we want without buying for it.
We’re not small business owners, ffs - we’re independent contractors, and we are routinely robbed by the world’s dumbest dingbats.

I played with the idea of doing a podcast for awhile but a. I'm thin-skinned when it comes to "ugh, all white men do that" insults. I get that's dumb, but time has only dimmed not eliminated my fear of being the stereotypical man depicted in media. I'm already the ugly husband to an attractive wife.
