Not gonna lie, i'm an adult who rarely cries, but if #LFC sell Diaz, I will. Do we really need to sell him. If LFC were in a #UCL final tomorrow he starts, & is a key player. One example of this is the front 2 off the ball as the first line of defence.
Last season we had szobo + jota/nunez/Diaz. Very hard working and physical.
Wirtz + Hugo in that front 2 is lightweight in comparison.

Narrative last night was that Bruno Guimaraes was brilliant for Newcastle. I'm not sure I agree. Should've been sent off, won just 7/20 duels, 1/3 tackles, committed four fouls and completed 71% of his passes.

It wasn't just the goals conceded that were concerning last night, this is a terrible shots conceded viz and really bad defensive numbers.
Sadly this is much closer to a #lfc 22/23 performance than a 24/25 one.
