Ooh, nice. The excellent Labyrinth of The Demon King (King's Field + Silent Hill + Samurai) is getting a very beefy looking New Game Plus update later this month.

Sounds like a full remix/second loop kinda deal - new enemies, puzzles, weapons, etc. Love when ANY game does that.
