What of Keith Porter?? He was intentionally MURDERED NYE for a celebration shot in the air. Not safe, not smart for what goes up comes down. what kind of gun was it, how many shots did he fire, was it even a bullet or just a starter gun? Who knows? Was it legally owned? Stupid maybe but death?
