Creatives of all types are all worried about being replaced by robots. Showing an ad where a literal robot stomps on the GDC logo is more than a little tone-deaf.

GDC should be a place where human creativity is celebrated. This ad seems to be celebrating the exact opposite.

Shame on you guys.

GDQ has consistentally been great for this from what I have seen as a viewer, as a runner who has been on Hotfixes a couple of times & as a general attendee this year at SGDQ. The crew & hosts have been fantastic at curating the shows and events as fun inclusive ones with no tolerance for bigots 💛

How is this repeatedly made into a policy issue - by *all* parties - when the blunt fact of the matter is that grown adults who are obliged to pay for their own education, and relentlessly pursued to repay their loans, should be able to study whatever the fuck they want.
