glaze and nightshade are snake oil, researchers in the field have criticized the methodology from the beginning and more recent evaluations have shown that they don't work at all

i use smtp-relay.gmail.com because my main email is google workspace anyway, you could probably also use Amazon SES. or if it's single-user you could just install postfix or whatever and make sure it's set to bypass the spam filter
