since Planned Parenthood wouldn't do the changes i wanted, im now just getting my hormones through my primary doctor.
well i have to go back on Friday to get my levels checked and it might be a bit before i found out about the t-gel prescription, but no problem getting my estrogen and prog

so Planned Parenthood called me back today
they won't up my prog dose as 200mg is their max, which is fine
but they also won't get me a t gel prescription and suggest i just lower my estrogen dose instead

i went to Planned Parenthood today and the look of absolute confusion on the nurse when i asked for testosterone cream
"we just need to lower your E dosage, since that's suppressing"

i missed my bus, so i tried to call an Uber, which somehow drained my phone battery from 20% to 15% in seconds and then my phone crashed and shutoff
