With the demand for O&G declining, why build more infrastructure? And I do not want the govt to pay for it. I would LIKE to address climate change and stop killing our 🌏

In the whole discussion about a possible pipeline, I don't get how no one wonders whether there would still be a viable market for oil by the time the pipeline gets built. It's just assumed that Asia will continue to buy the oil forever into the future which seems most unlikely.
