I went to the vagina museum for the first time last December. It was great! I tend to think I'm fairly educated on the female anatomy and then I learned I had always called uterine tubes ovaries.

Even on the chance it happened to be true (and there are definitely cases where it wasn't an intern), if an intern was able to do that, that's a problem with the processes and systems in place
