Cops are arresting people for wearing masks

They're demanding people remove their masks

Disabled people told you this would happen. We're still telling you

Masks and respirators are PPE that should never be criminalized. Medical exemptions don't work

Mask up in solidarity before it's too late
confirmation from another source of atlanta cops arresting people for wearing masks on chamblee-tucker road. hoping to confirm what kind of masks these folks were wearing, not that it should matter but 😮‍💨

Your 'moment of doom' for June 8, 2025 ~ Climate cliché alert!

"The deeper in the ocean they looked, the worse the findings were, the scientists said. At 200 metres below the surface, 60% of global waters had breached the 'safe' limit for acidification."

‘Long COVID is common, affecting up to 10% to 20% of children with a history of COVID-19. With almost 6 million US children potentially affected, this is higher than the number of children with asthma, the most common chronic health problem in children.’

The whole point of health prevention is to stay healthy if you are healthy… and preserve health even if things are not so great.

So to say healthy people don’t need xyz because they are healthy… when it does confer protection… is 🙃.

Much of Europe will probably see a summer wave starting soon, with both XFG and NB.1.8.1 growing at similar rates, and the combination is already probably in the 30% prevalence range.

It is unknown how the 3-year-old girl from Mexico who died yesterday from H5N1 was infected. This was also the case with the 13-year-old girl who suffered very severe disease from the virus in Canada in late 2024. Unknown routes of exposure are always concerning.

DO NOT FEED YOUR PETS RAW FOOD.

A batch from Wild Coast Pet Foods came as "non-negative" for #H5N1, which means it is probably positive, but it needs to be confirmed at the CDC as well.

Cats are dying, and the virus keeps mutating. Not worth the risk. Once again, do not feed your pets raw food.

We've reached 1.5°C global warming.
With current policies, we're heading for a catastrophic 2.7°C warming.
A new review paper in Science shows: this would change the Arctic 'beyond recognition', with knock-on effects (like rising seas) around the world. 🌊
