Cooking for one is a whole new ballgame. I came from a family of 10, then learning to dial that back for 2 and still having too much and now learning to dial that back for 1. Let's just say, smaller pots but still several days of leftovers. Making a curry right now, and it keeps growing.

This is so good and I highly recommend the read. Our world right now is manufacturing so much fear, chaos and hate. This article is really good food for the soul and a wonderful but gentle reminder that peace resides inside of us, even in the midst of raging storms.
