Michigan’s the place for Kyle Whittingham, retiring Utah head coach. Ann Arbor needs a coach who runs a clean program, knows how to win, has a stellar track record. Whittingham could quickly get the talent he needs and make the most of it — in a manner that even Bo Schembechler would appreciate.
