Creative Scotland would be a good start but this really applies to every major cultural body in Scotland - TV channels, radio stations, cinemas, museums and galleries, just an endemic timidity to the whole sector, a complete lack of confidence in what we've got

just almost got knocked down at a zebra crossing in a supermarket car park by an old guy who had slowed down to let someone on the other side across but didn't even stop or check my side before speeding up again and once again suggesting that not everyone needs a seven tonne death machine
