It explains so much that Trump had had a grip on people who vandalize public restrooms for like a decade now. Literally never seen a single other candidate's name in a stall since he walked down that escalator.

Obviously Trump has no legal authority to do this but you just know the Supreme Court is gonna rule 6-3 in his favor and Clarence Thomas will write a concurring opinion stating that we strike every Democratic president's signature on any document going back to 1937.
