i do think it's worth noting and meditating on the fact that a lot of black organizers just straight up have a longer historical memory of this shit than our white oppressors.
To be honest, the recourse to denying the Nazi parallels in favor of domestic ones seems reflexive; like a corrective aimed at a banal status quo that reified American exceptionalism. But when you look at the people in power now, and what they're drawing inspiration from and... it's the Nazis.

This is a good exploration, but I’d like to see more diversity for these articles. I’m by no means influential in the games industry, but I have gotten harassed in games not only for being a woman, but also specifically for being a Black woman.
