The way my city hasn't even announced it in the news or on the their website about it. We're in the dark with no ETA.
Main water break. It absolutely sucks.

Yes, reviews are for readers, & yes, many authors read them. Which is fine—

IF

They can handle the emotional toll;

They understand that a review is one person’s opinion;

They only vent about them privately.

Easier said than done.

I will say the longer you publish, the less you worry about it.

For anyone who ever wanted to know why I left Hiveworks, please read this.

My friends and peers there were amazing - and their vast reserves of hard work and creativity were used and abused in so many ways. We came together to share our stories, and thank goodness we did.

Thank you for listening.
The Hiveworks Artist Guild has released a public statement alleging years of labor abuses, financial mismanagement, and misconduct at Hiveworks at the hands of Xellette “Xel” Velamist and Isabelle “Isa” Melançon. Read their full statement at:

4 out of 5 stars to Delusion's Master by Tanith Lee.

It is a tale of how little it takes for humanity to be cruel, but also how so little it can take for them to love. Perhaps love and madness are two sides of the same coin.

I'll probably do a proper thread at some point but every time I fire up WuWa again and get into it, I look at every single environment and character design they've done in that and just bask in the beauty on display and the vibrancy and wonder why that is present there but not in western AAA stuff

My gay cousin* shared something that has been happening in my hometown.

A group of lesbians, fed up with not having any dedicated lesbian bars to go to, decided to start a weekly meet-up in a regular bar.

Spoiler: it didn't end well.🧵
