Here's my 2024 Finished Games list with short write-ups on my top 5.
I counted FF7 Rebirth because I was in the final chapter when I wrote these. Finished that - at just shy of 100 hours - last week.

I think the people who deleted a bunch of humanitarian aid programs they knew fuck all about on a whim because it's woke to help people should in fact be miserable the rest of their lives.
I found The Big Translation of Bahamut Lagoon, a Square RPG that went unreleased in the US.
The translation was done by emulation wizard Near, who was cyberbullied to death for being non-binary.
Felt like this was an important one to play through. Gonna try and crunch through before end of year.

Not super photogenic, but I recreated a meal from my childhood in the form of a stuffed pork tenderloin.
Filled with a spinach, roasted red pepper and cheese mix, tied, fried, served with a matching cream sauce with basil.
Honestly one of the best things I've cooked all year.

This is a lovely sentiment but Schumer isn't up for re-election until 2028 and he knows this. At which point he will be 77/78. There's no mechanism to recall a sitting senator AFAIK.
