I had to cut a bunch of the Nissans floor and shave a bit off the belt cover. Plus I added custom parts as I put the engine in "backwards" to make sense for FR drivetrain and I ended up doing a bunch of cutting and gluing on the frames to fit the more narrow engine bay.

I used turbo dork on the beetle too! Honestly they are the biggest pain to use but v pretty colours so I keep trying 🥲🥲😂

Completed 240Z with a Ferrari Testarossa engine kitbashed in! Some minor fabrication with the air intake on the engine and added an external oil cooler. Also used carbon fibre decals for the first time! #histscalemodels #scalemodels #car #carmodels #painting

This is my finished offering of the AMT 1968 Shelby GT-500. It isn't the best fitting car I have ever done but it was worth the challenge. Paint was Ford electric blue with Everest white racing stripes from SMS. I added seatbelts made a gear shift and use putty to fill a damaged chassis.

Hehe planning to! I have one wooden shelf in the middle of all the glass shelves in my model cabinet so I thought it would be a nice centre piece (and allow me to fit even more models in 😝)
