(Little thread.) I first found it on LiDAR, it's near Xanten. Three years, ago, I did a recce. Found out that these were Luftwaffe ammunition bunkers, blown after #WW2. But, not done properly. A lot of bombs were pushed into the soft earth.

Hi… so we are slowly on the mend here. We both are feeling better. We had to go to the pharmacy and buy a few groceries. The weather remains the same. Although there was a hole that produced a double rainbow we saw on the way to the pharmacy Hopefully you are all doing well Be safe out there!

With the 1/72 Tiger II and the 1/35 T-54 ready for varnish on Saturday, the Sherman has had some bits fitted and glue drying so it must be time to start assembly on a little OOTB side project….I really must get the Jagdpanther engine compartment painted though #histscalemodelso

While I wait for paint to cure on the Yamaha I thought I'd crack on with the MkIV Male. I've been advised that I can make it without the engine so that is what I will do.

Saturnine now with head! I’ve just realised the pauldrons aren’t quite straight but that should be a quick fix. Next some highlights on the metal, maybe a couple more markings (I’m thinking a wolf’s head and a VI somewhere) and then some battle damage. #warhammer

Figures are hard work. Getting better but need to work on smoother blends. Looks fine at scale but rough when zoomed in. Gets the job done for a diorama but not even in the same planet as some proper figure painters.
