Already had dinner but this made me hungry again.

Hope you stay safe and warm. Love the pics.

That's going to be my mantra as I fall to sleep.

And now I am going to awake all night.
For entirely relevant reasons @pseudochamp.bsky.social sent me this picture today and I’m sorry but this is Gritty

The AI boom is starting to look a lot like past tech bubbles.

Not an urban planner, but making more room for pedestrians downtown is essential.
Pedestrianize Beacon Street from Charles to Washington (the whole length seen here) as well as Park St

So many streets in downtown Boston have throngs people walking & biking crammed into a few feet of space, so a handful of cars can have lots of room to sit gridlocked & occasionally kill people

I tend to skip to reviewer 2 to get it over with. It only gets better after that. Congratulations

When you say it that way, it tastes so much better

The idea that India is going to buy $500B in US exports over any short-run timeframe to be farcical by the way. Total US exports to India are like $40B a year at this point

This is the CDC map for homicide rates by state for the most recent year on their website.

Gov. Landry, who leads one of the states in the nation with the highest murder rate, is on television chiding Minnesota, one of the states with the lowest murder rates.
Take a look at what tariffs have done to aluminum prices in the US (versus prices in Europe and Japan) — and you can almost understand why there’s been no manufacturing boom. 🤡
