Start with a “No Kings” Amendment to the Constitution that relegates Unitary Executive Theory/Executive Immunity to the garbage heap
We need to take the lessons that we are learning from this administration and put into law, the things that this President is doing to this country. So that no other President will have the power to do the things that he is doing.With abusing the power that he has limit the power of pardons.

This would be better placed in DC by the Supreme Court Building…..the same court that ruled that race can’t be considered in college admissions but can be used when ICE denies due process to people of color who may or may not be US citizens

again i will say this today, the greatest threat to democracy, individual freedoms, and most citizens personal safety is not islam, socialism or wokeism, or someone's sex or sexuality. The greatest threat today is "christian" nationalism.

If a president wanted to become effectively a dictator, he’d likely:
1. Purge govt of non loyalists
2. Weaponize law against opponents
3. Use military to police opposition strongholds
4. Threaten media, schools, businesses w penalties to get them to heel
5. Change election rules in his favor.

Simply what the Roberts Court would call an “Official Act”, immune from prosecution. Our Ivy League educated Supreme Court gave Trump the free pass he was looking for to violate court orders.
