having seen like 3 different videos from different angles, it's actually so infuriating to know the shot that killed her was the one where he was looking through the side window as she was already moving away, the one where he was saying "fucking bitch" as he pulled the trigger

Vet Voice Foundation has been key in advising courts about the damage these deployments have done to the Guard and military. We're heartened by this decision but won't rest until all Guardsmen get to return home to their families and communities.
We are pleased the court agreed with us: deploying National Guard troops in this manner is unwarranted and damaging to our military. Maintaining the clear line between domestic policing and military service is essential for our institutional integrity.

Hegseth's new target? The military's Chaplain Corps. I'm not optimistic with his new way forward. I see (in my limited crystal ball) a push towards his dangerous brand of Christianity, and selling to his influential "pastors". Sure hope I'm wrong.
