So I’m watching @28yearslater.bsky.social for about the seventh time and it’s definitely the movie of the year. The whole ‘zombie’ aspect of the film is a delivery system for multiple layers of subtext. It’s society, class, division, Brexit, strength conquering chaos.

…even a hair of indecision about this story. It knew where it was going even though I resisted the path…I will not spoil the story because, emotionally speaking, this film hits hard. I sobbed…at length…and I have never seen such beauty in a film that is also very violent and gory
