This is a lie.

There are many criticisms you might sensibly and truthfully make of the Sentencing Council and the Sentencing Guidelines. I’ve been making them for years.

But this is an outright lie. Pure fabrication. A fraud on the public.

What do people think are the simplest proofs of Tommy Robinson being extreme, racist or being associated with antisemitism if (as happens from time to time) you had somebody asking [in reasonably good faith] what the specific evidence was?

Just heard Chris Philp on BBC’s Today programme explaining why the Tories want to leave the ECHR. He claimed ECHR isn’t mentioned in Belfast Agreement - which is simply untrue. The UK govt agreed to incorporate it into NI law & give direct access to the courts (Strand 3). Why no BBC fact-check?

OTD in 1938 Nazi Germany started occupying the Sudetenland. The west tried to appease Hitler by giving him bits of someone else's country without them being at the discussion.

This was awful of the West. Which is why we want the same thing for Ukraine today.
