Thomas Jefferson was 44 when he began what many in 2025 STILL consider a romantic tryst or loving affair with Sally Hemings.

Ms. Hemings had no legal capacity to consent to such a relationship not only because she was enslaved, Jefferson's property,

BUT ALSO BECAUSE SHE WAS 14-YEARS-OLD. /1

The most "unifying" politician of my lifetime is Barack Obama, who tried to bring radicalizing conservatives back from the brink with his unwavering moderation in all things and his overlooking of the Bush admin's criminality.

Instead, they saw a Black President and it broke their brains.
I never want to hear the phrase 'unify the country' ever again. Based on their policies and their voter demographics, Democrats *are* the party of the working class. We are not obligated to prove our virtue and authenticity to the psychos ruining the economy and disappearing people off the streets.
