And here it is!!!!! For just over a decade now, I've been saying that tribal disenrollment was a stepping stone to the US government trying to find a loophole to revoke and strip US citizens of their citizenship, especially BIPOC and political "adversaries".
This is a shockingly racist call by a House Republican for Zohran Mamdani to be denaturalized and deported. But instead of being viewed as unserious, it's now being promoted and circulated by LibsOfTikTok, Benny Johnson and MAGA regulars.
Democrats need to understand that Republicans are serious.

I would like my state, every state, to mandate badges, name plates, no masks, for all law enforcement in the state. And if federal agents try to break the mandate, arrest them, then let the courts sort it out.

First of all, never listen to the government tell you when not to protest.
That said, I will not begrudge (most) folks that stay home today. I decided days ago not to go so I can show up for my kiddo today. But I know my place in this movement and in this work, and you should, too.

Out of an abundance of caution my Department of Public Safety is recommending that people do not attend any political rallies today in Minnesota until the suspect is apprehended.

I am unashamed to be shocked that the guy in charge of health in this country literally does not believe in germs. That is not a thing that usually happens even with the most uncharitable view of “baseline” America.

I see one of our very moderate congress critters has announced she is running for US Senate. Not the first time I’ve watched a “thinks she’s progressive” white woman throw herself in front of an actually progressive indigenous woman for an elected position. Likely won’t be the last time, either. 😒

And abu often means “father of,” but can also function as a general honorific (like “mister”). So it’s not too big a stretch to say the Syrian Arabic word for a hamster means “Mister Saddlebags”
