Yesterday I finished reading "The Essence" by @hutchinsondave.bsky.social. It's a great story, weird but in the kind of almost-credible way we expect from Mr H, and with a delightfully open ending to leave readers to mull over what might happen after. Nice one, Dave! 😀👍📖

For the second morning in a row the ground has a light dusting of small round white granules. I don't think it hailed in the night and I wonder if it's what happens when freezing fog condenses out of the air. Is that a thing?
