my little shop’s evolution in the past few months. ending the year with 3 magnets left and one (small) painting is more original work than i’ve ever moved combined. supporting local queer-owned businesses changes many individual lives, folx.

from my family to yours, seasons greetings!

the pride nutcracker is not my own but the controversy over it started this whole journey.

So we've now outsourced the valuation of players for an American soccer league to European media.

Looking forward to mediocre English players making more than their superior American equivalents!

it’s funny because i don’t think i’ve spent a significant amount of time on clothing, hair or makeup since 2019

It may sound radical, but if one guy has so much wealth and power that he can use the large newspaper he owns to publicly threaten to ruin a service we all rely on, presumably as a bargaining tactic to get lower rates, we probably need to tax that guy until he can't do that anymore.

But Amazon may give up its long-standing partnership with USPS to deliver packages itself, which could spell disaster for the mail agency.

anyway, my table event was amazing and i sold out of everything that was ready within an hour. i don’t make enough to order large numbers of prints to really get rolling but i sold enough to make back what i spent on supplying everything and then some and i needed this badly. #art

maybe shouldn't have spent two seasons using her image and hyping up investing in women's sports if they weren't going to pay up or reward the people who did the lifting, or showed an example of what growth could look like. what did she expect was going to happen?

feeling very 2022 except "even your heroes have a price." the transition phase didn't come with a successor announcement and it feels like we just gave up

I can't emphasize enough how much the 5 games at RFK in 1994 were formative, revelatory experiences. They're load-bearing pillars for I'm whatever it is I am.

And all I can think about the draw on Friday is how gross the whole thing is, how I wish they were doing it somewhere else.

I drove drunk and ran over several kids but I can’t tell you how many because of the fog of war
Q: So you didn't see any survivors after that first strike?

HEGSETH: I did not personally see survivors. The thing was on fire. This is called the fog of war. This is what you in the press don't understand. You sit in your air conditioned offices and plant fake stories in the Washington Post

It’s tough to say! The NWSL doesn’t have salary transparency, so we won’t know unless those numbers are shared.
Have there been teams that have been so up against the cap that they can’t sign players to league min deals?
