The WPS' total budget is set to increase from $354 million in 2025 to $370 million in 2026 and $381 million in 2027.
Winnipeg is projecting a deficit this year.
For all those "run our city like a company" folks...how about we freeze or reduce spending on the LARGEST LINE ITEM IN THE BUDGET (cops).

That’s a foot and a half below the level of the river walk.
