Mental health is overall higher but still kicks my butt too often to say I'm doing ok. Physical health isn't great but! Seems HPylori has given me duodenitis which might be the cause of my shitty nutrient absorption so we're gonna treat that and see what happens. Antibiotic death regimen here i go..
Started the upwards climb mentally only to be taken down physically - is it allergies or covid or a cold? Either way, I'm glad there's a nice space outside the shul (where I've been sitting since we went back in post covid) and I can hear shofar without worrying about being contagious...
Extremely extremely low metal health right now (not a danger to myself or anyone, just overwhelmed) if anyone wants to cheer me up I think probably anything would be an improvement on the spiraling that's going on in my head right now

We just had a thing at work with snacks and I said something to the guy in charge of logistics about it being kinda a bummer that they never have anything gluten free for me and he said "oh shucks I'm sorry, I didn't know you would need something special this time"

Sometimes you start what you think is an interesting conversation with someone (this time it was on the bird site) and then they proceed to just argue at every single thing you say in total bad faith and a dismissive "I know more than you" attitude and you lose all interest in taking. Sigh.
