This is Walker, named after Lee Marvin's character in Point Blank. Walker came from an abusive home ("cruelty/neglect situation" is what pspca called it) & though he is grown, he only weighs 6lb. When I pet him I can feel every bone in his skeleton. He was velcro'd to my lap 3 hours after I met him

So the last three months have been super shitty. What got me through it was crafting. Just making something, even though it's small & I can't do anything with the results, was what I needed to make it through. When I look at them - and I have so many! - a spark of accomplishment shoots up
