I am pleased to announce that I have commandeered my neighbor's home. This home will be sold at its Market Price, and that money will be controlled by me, to ensure it is used to benefit my neighbor and me! Thank you for your attention to this matter!

A real thing that was said by the CBS Evening News anchor tonight.

New with @regret.bsky.social: Grok’s creation of harmful “undress” images is relentless.

Even today, after days of scrutiny, Grok was churning out ‘bikini’ and underwear images of women every few seconds.

Researchers estimate that Grok has become the biggest creator of sexualized deepfake images

And then there's this video, of officers talking with each other about what they just witnessed.

"We didn't have a chance," one officer said. "[Trump] was still giving his speech, and I just had to leave, because he's basically just telling people to come down here and rip this place down."

Five years ago, Donald Trump sparked a violent attack on our democracy to overturn an election he lost. That’s the truth. Anything else is a lie meant to protect him from accountability.

We won’t let them erase the truth or escape responsibility for their actions against our nation.

📌I feel only rage today, people.

Rage at Trump's abominable, violent attack, yes.
But also rage that America herself wasn't found worthy enough to be defended after that brutal attack.
She was kicked aside like so many of Traitor Trump's victims.

Everything was NOT done to protect us in its wake.
RAGE
I will never stop being furious about January 6, 2021, and the lack of accountability in its terrible wake ...

If Dems talked like this regularly, we wouldn't have to focus on "how to win close elections in difficult environments." We would have a lot fewer close elections, and a lot fewer difficult environments.
Walz is out of Fs: "Not a single Republican supported this, so every Minnesotan from here on, whoever uses this program, there is no bit of thanks that would go to the R legislators who did all they could to stop this ... our schools have money to pay their teachers? I'll take credit for that too."

It's really silly how the right often portrays people who want renewables as lettuce munching wokie pinko hippy beatniks when a hard-nosed and pragmatic national security argument for them also exists right in front of their noses. Shackling ourselves to capricious foreign dictators to own the libs.
Unhook ourselves from oil and gas and we unhook ourselves from dependency on dictators, autocrats and expansionist regimes all over the planet.
Renewables and other low-carbon energy sources are not just good climate sense. They are also good political sense.
