Shocked by the awful death of Rob Reiner. I spoke with him for over an hour last night. We talked about his work and his plans for the future. I always enjoyed his company. We met at his Dad's in 1975. Last thing he said to me was "See you next year.." Such a terrible end. Such a sweet man.

NO UK media especially those providing supposed news & comment should be owned by anyone EXCEPT companies from the UK,paying FULL UK tax and their owners should be residing here at least 300 days a year and paying FULL UK TAX, NOT NON-DOM TAX DODGING FRAUDSTERS like #Rothmere #MurdochGutterMedia etc

Locations most affected will be the river Crake Valley, including Low Nibthwaite, Lowick Bridge, Spark Bridge and Penny Bridge. We are monitoring rainfall and river levels and closely monitoring the situation. Don't put yourself or others at risk and take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water.
