Desde los 90 no se ha creado ni una universidad pública, pero las privadas han pasado de 7 a 41 (¡34 nuevas!). Nos dicen que sobran titulados y que el problema está en la pública y nos recortan mientras firman permisos para más titulaciones privadas.
