tbh i should've actually said "unlimited bodily autonomy" for #3 because trans rights are neatly encapsulated in that. the fundamental question at the heart of many issues (trans rights, homophobia, abortion, vaccines, etc) is whether or not you are allowed to have control over your own body.
my top three political issues:
1. environmental sustainability and everything that entails

This is exactly it. As a writer, it’s easy to chase perfection to the point of ridiculousness. You *could* spend six months whittling down 120k words to the most essential, most beautiful 60k, or you could write a whole other book in that time, make a bunch more people happy, and make some money.
At the same time... I've published LITERALLY millions more imperfect words writing for Patreon than I have for my 'still being perfected' other novels.
And yet people still seem to like my stories, imperfections and all.
If I were a wiser woman, there'd be a lesson here...
