Indeed. The odds of being an Olympian are around 1 in 7 million. The fact anyone is at that level is legit insane.
Personally I don’t care what anybody says. Any athlete competing at the Olympics are the elite of our planet in sport and my hat is off to each and everyone of them. Win or lose as long as you give your best in the moment you are very special people. My only wish is that we combine Paralympics too.

We have the most governance uneducated and clueless council of the last decade. It's beyond frustrating.

These people live amongst us. They're our neighbours, hockey coaches, business owners. We need to stop pretending as though they're some sort of boogeyman. They live next door.

Adapt or die. The North American auto industry is massively subsidized by taxpayers. It has created a culture of malaise and bare minimum. If the industry can't compete on its merit, it can die. That's capitalism, baby.
Exclusive: A recent deal by Canada to allow tens of thousands of inexpensive Chinese EVs into the country is a risk to North American auto manufacturing, GM’s CEO says.

We've bankrupted the Kentucky bourbon industry and now cratered Florida's tourism industry. Canadians, we can do better. Let's start turning off the lights along the eastern seaboard.
Almost three hundred thousand jobs and fifty-two billion dollars erased from the Florida economy…

Enjoy reaping what your votes have sewn. Don’t expect it to get any better any time soon.

Schadenfreude level: over 9000.

New U.S. border rule just dropped! Canadians now get photographed EVERY time they enter and exit the U.S. land, air, sea.

✔️ Includes children
✔️ Photos stored for life
✔️ No opt-out

This is completely insane
America has 925 billionaires as of this year. Collectively they have a record $6.9 trillion in wealth.

The bottom 50% of Americans control $4.2 trillion in wealth.

When 925 people control more wealth than half a country’s population, we have a very serious problem.
