Whilst I'm not a fan of the idea of this day, seems dodgy... I love seeing people happy and with their families. Especially Black ppl, it feels like a pre-xmas. Hope you all enjoyed your day in whatever capacity it was ❤️

Once emotional safety became a bare minimum for me, it threw me right into solitude. Most people aren’t emotionally safe. Most people are in survival mode and unfortunately, they don’t have the capacity to be a safe space for anyone because they’re not a true safe space for themselves.
