It is coming up on 50 days of hunger strike. It looks like the government will just let them die. They have been imprisoned without trial for the crime of protesting against a genocide that the UK government is complicit in.
Turning people who protest against genocide into terrorists, imprisoning them without trial, and then letting them starve to death is quite the choice.
