Look, I don't want to show hardcore pornography to minors. I really don't.

I am ~50 pages into the Nationwide Injunction decision (Half way through Kavanaugh's concurrence) and what is really funny is that for all that Barrett criticized Jackson for extolling judicial supremacy, Kavanaugh is suggesting the same thing! In his view, every injunction will be decided by SCOTUS
