I thought I didn’t have the ability to be shocked anymore, but what the absolute hell. This is the definition of disrespect. And since he wasn’t a public figure before he was murdered, whose words and ideas are they using to falsely represent him?

From before-COVID times. Husband and I trapped in a hotel room in Cannon Beach by a seagull that aggressively wanted my apple donut. Our attempts to leave resulted in hair loss and humiliation, but bird finally gave up after 70 minutes of aggressive window tapping.

I’m not able to donate a lot, but if all of us give just a little we can prevent another life lost to domestic violence. This is an especially hard time of year in Seattle to be homeless, disabled, and hiding for your life.

This is a good thread! Diet and exercise can have some protective benefits against some things, but those things don't include a vascular virus, nor a traumatic brain injury, or many of the other myriad things that can disable you. I know this is hard to reckon with, it's very frightening. Be brave
I’m seeing an increasing number of people insinuating that healthy living will prevent Long Covid & other chronic illness. I’ve had many people tell me to exercise more, get vitamin D “touch grass” and eat better.
